At Restaurant Moment there is a great focus on vegetables. So much focus that you only have an vegetarian menu. In connection with the Michelin star award in Aarhus 2019, they were mentioned as one of the outsiders to get a star. As you know it didn’t happen, but they are still being highlighted as one of East Jutland’s best restaurants. The restaurant offers various experiences, for example before a dinner you can visit the nearby farm, which is their supplier. They could also hold a children’s day where children could learn more about vegetables and how good they could taste.
"We use 100% local ingredients from small local suppliers, from the nature around us and from our own garden. It gives us fresh and flavourful ingredients and a short distance from farm to fork. Local collaboration is important to us, it support the local environment and gives us the opportunity to support a sustainable production through the collaboration with the suppliers."
